please allow 2–5 business days for processing. orders are typically shipped in bulk once a week for environmental reasons 🌍✨

once your order ships, you will receive tracking info. after that, any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

please double check your shipping address before placing your order. under the moon dyes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
